Abstract

The influence of voltage deviation from the nominal value of 220 V on the illumination of incandescent lamps and arc sodium tubular lamps (HPS) is presented. It has been established that voltage deviations from the nominal value do not affect the illumination of energy-saving and LED lamps. It is shown that most of the energy-saving LED and HPS lamps used in household and street lighting in Dushanbe have a low active power factor, which, in turn, leads to an increase in reactive power consumption in the electrical network.
